destroyed, liquidated and crossed out from the world
map - the best country in the world - the Soviet
Union; These crimes were committed by civil servants -
at all levels and by all security forces, secretly from the people -
in December 1988. And they deceived people
with the help of Chumak, Kashpirovsky and deputies
of all levels in all former Soviet republics in 1989 under
the lying slogans of national sovereignty
and independence, they robbed naive and gullible people.
And this robbery continues to this day in Russia
and in all former Soviet republics,
every month Russian bureaucrats and partyocrats
steal trillions of dollars with the help of fraudulent,
predatory and destructive laws, since in all republics
there are the same bureaucratic criminal groups -
in all spheres, industries and in all fraudulent
housing and communal services.

We pay taxes from this money to finance all areas
and industries of the country, and housing
and communal services, as well
as all government agencies, all civil servants,
security officials, deputies, senators and all areas
of medicine, and in return the people receive
nothing, but are only constantly robbed with
the help of fraudulent, predatory and destructive
laws and schemes.

In the USSR, we paid taxes and in return
we received everything and worked and lived
calmly and joyfully, and for housing
and communal services we paid 3 rubles every
month and the tariffs never changed.

I, Banjov Nazarali Kholnazarovich, during
the USSR worked as a freelance employee
of the Union Security Department and
a freelance inspector of the Ministry
of Internal Affairs, and in 1976 I turned
to the Chairman of the KGB Andropov
regarding the bureaucratic power structures
at all levels in the RSFSR and in all Union republics
who were preparing a plan for the plunder,
destruction and liquidation of the USSR.
But unfortunately, he was afraid
to make a decision against the bureaucrats and
partocrats who liquidated the entire national
economy and, secretly from the people,
privatized all the property of the USSR
and in October 1977 abolished all Soviet
laws and the Constitution of the Union.

the death of Leonid Brezhnev, at the plenum
of the CPSU Central Committee,
Yuri Andropov was appointed general
secretary; this was completely unexpected for him,

but Konstantin Ustinovich did not allow this.

or objected to Chernenko’s proposal
to appoint Andropov. And he immediately

Российские регионы страдают от мошенников
из всех государственных органов по всей стране,
Россия оккупирована - преступными группировками
из - всех государственных структур всех уровней,
которые разграбили, разрушили, ликвидировали и
вычеркнули с карты мира лучшую -
страну мира - Советский Союз;
Эти преступления были совершены госслужащими -
всех уровней и всеми силовиками, тайно от народа -
в декабре 1988 года.
И они обманывали людей с помощью Чумака,
Кашпировского и депутатов всех уровней -
во всех бывших советских республиках в 1989 году
под лживыми лозунгами национального -
суверенитета и независимости, грабили всех
наивных и доверчивых людей.
И этот грабёж продолжается по сей день в России и
во всех бывших советских республиках,
каждый месяц российские бюрократы и
партократы крадут триллионы долларов с помощью -
мошеннических, грабительских и
разрушительных законов.
В России и во всех республиках одни и те-же законы
и те-же чиновничьие преступные группировки -
во всех сферах, отраслях промышленности и во всех -
мошеннических жилищно-коммунальных хозяйствах.

Люди не обязаны платить за содержание
и ремонт многих многоквартирных домов.
Мы платим налоги с этих денег на -
финансирование всех сферы и
отраслей страны и ЖКХ.
А также мы финансируем все структуры власти,
и всех госслужащих, силовиков, депутатов,
сенаторов и все сферы медицины,
а взамен народ ничего не получает,
а лишь их постоянно обманивают и грабят -
с помощью мошеннических, грабительских
и разрушительных законов и схем.

В СССР мы платили налоги и
взамен всё получали и работали и
жили спокойно и радостно,
а за ЖКХ мы платили по 3 рубля
каждый месяц и тарифы никогда не менялись.

Я, Банджов Назарали Холназарович,
во времена СССР работал -
внештатным сотрудником Союзного
Управления Безопасности и внештатным
инспектором МВД, а в 1976 году обратился
к Председателю КГБ Андропову
по поводу бюрократических структур власти
всех уровней в РСФСР и
во всех союзных республиках,
готовивших план разграбления, разрушения и
ликвидации СССР. Но, к сожалению,
он побоялся принять решение против бюрократов
и партократов, которые -
ликвидировали все народное хозяйство
и втайне от народа приватизировали
всю собственность СССР,
а в октябре 1977 года -
отменили все советские законы
и Конституцию Союза.

В России 12 ноября 1982 года,
через два дня после смерти Леонида
Брежнева, на пленуме ЦК КПСС Юрий Андропов
был назначен генеральным секретарём;
это было для него совершенно неожиданно,
так как вся бюрократия и партократия
готовили на место Брежнева Михаила Горбачева,
но Константин Устинович этого не допустил.
Никто из присутствовавших на совещании
не осмелился и не возражал -
против предложения Черненко назначить Андропова.
И он сразу же поделился всеми -
своими полномочиями - с лидером всемирного
Интернационала Константином Устиновичем,
он был лидером Интернационала с 1938 года
по 9 марта 1985 года.
Черненко в декабре 1982 года -
восстановил все Советские законы и
конституцию Братскую-Советскую
Интернациональную Союз  от 31 января
1924 года и реабилитировал всех,
кто пострадал от российских бюрократов
и партократов.

Константин Устинович Черненко хотел -
восстановить Советскую республику:
Фино-Карельско-Советско-Социалистическую
Республику к 1 мая 1985 года, за это он был убит
в марте 1985 года - с помощью врачей.

в терроризме против Советского народа.

которые защищали невынех людей
