against fraudulent, predatory and destructive laws,
everyone suffers from them. The trouble is that few
people care about the fate of the country, and
the vast majority of people in Russia from 1921
to this day have been defending the interests
of bureaucrats and partocrats who rob and
destroy everything with impunity everywhere.
